Acceptable documents for Proof of Address

Please be aware that the compliance team retains the right to request any necessary documents.

To verify your address, you may provide one of the following documents:

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, or rent bill)

  • Bank or credit card statement (please note that in some cases bank statements cannot be used)

  • Council tax, municipality bill, or government tax letter

  • Official letter from your employer or educational institution, confirming your address and bearing a stamp and signature

  • Tenancy agreement

  • Bank reference letter – The bank reference letter should contain relevant information about both you and the bank. It must be written in English and fulfill the following requirements:

    • Shows contact details of the bank.

    • Shows your full name and address.

    • Shows the date of account issuance and the account type.

    • Shows the date of the letter's issuance.

Please note that the following documents will not be accepted:

  • Mobile phone, internet, and TV bills

  • Purchase receipts

  • Medical bills

The proof of address document you submit must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Please upload an original photo or a PDF file of the documents; screenshots will not be accepted.

  • All documents must have been issued within the last 6 months and must be in the Latin international format.

  • The document should display your full name and address.

  • It should also indicate the name of the issuing entity and the date of issue.

  • Ensure that the entire sheet of paper is visible in the photo.
